Our Mission
SayItFast exists to remove every barrier between your idea and the moment your team hears it. We believe real-time collaboration should feel effortless — not like an IT project.
Our promise: A meeting room your team can join in under three seconds, from any device, anywhere in the world.
Every feature we build is tested against one question: does this make collaboration faster and clearer? If not, it doesn't ship.
Our Story
SayItFast started with a simple frustration — too many great ideas were dying in meetings that were too slow, too buggy, or too complicated to join. We set out to fix that.
Built on open WebRTC standards, SayItFast was designed from the ground up for speed. No proprietary plugins, no locked-in hardware, no per-seat gotchas hiding in the fine print.
Where We Are Today
Today SayItFast powers meetings for teams of every size — from two-person startups to enterprises with hundreds of participants on a single call. Our infrastructure spans multiple regions to keep latency under 40ms for the vast majority of users worldwide.
Security
Security is not a feature at SayItFast — it is the foundation. Every meeting is encrypted end-to-end using 256-bit AES encryption. We do not store meeting content, and we do not sell your data.
Our security commitments
- End-to-end encryption on all video, audio, and chat
- Zero data retention on meeting content
- SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure
- GDPR and CCPA ready
- Optional single sign-on (SSO) via SAML 2.0
- Role-based access control for enterprise accounts
Found a security issue? We run a responsible disclosure program. Reach out at security@sayitfast.com and we'll respond within 24 hours.
The Team
We are a distributed team of engineers, designers, and product people who have all spent years building and using communication tools. We got tired of compromising and decided to build the one we actually wanted.
Remote-first since day one, we use SayItFast ourselves every day — which means every pain point we find is one we're personally motivated to fix.
